Yoga therapy is a personalized, evidence-informed approach to health and well-being that applies the tools of yoga—such as movement, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and relaxation—to support healing and overall wellness.
Unlike general yoga classes, yoga therapy is tailored to the individual’s specific needs, abilities, and health conditions. It is especially beneficial for managing chronic pain, stress, anxiety, depression, injury recovery, and a wide range of physical or emotional concerns.
Grounded in both modern science and the wisdom of yoga, yoga therapy helps clients:
· Alleviate symptoms
· Improve strength, flexibility, and balance
· Regulate the nervous system
· Support mental clarity and emotional resilience
Whether used alongside conventional healthcare or as a stand-alone support, yoga therapy focuses on empowering individuals to take an active role in their own healing process.

OUR CLASSES

TRX Blend
A combination class of TRX training straps, resistance bands, CARDIO, and CORE strengthening movements. This 1 hour 1 circuit is going to make you sweat and burn! Get ready for all those muscles to be challenged; you will certainly feel this one tomorrow ;) GREAT for ALL Fitness levels.

Kettlebell Crunch
Challenge those muscles with one of everyone’s FAVOURITE piece of equipment…. THE KETTLEBELL. This full body workout will leave you sweating, and working those muscles like never before. By the end of this class you will know just how HARD you worked. Geared to all fitness levels you will love how great you feel after this Kettlebell inspired workout!

Yoga
The foundation of classes are gentle Hatha Yoga exploring Yin Yoga postures while incorporating lyengar’s alignment and anatomy principals. Breath work with emphasis on coming home to body as a major theme is presented through guided meditation and asana practice. Take this time to refocus and regroup while paying EXTRA attention to your-self! ‘Namaste’
